Who operates the platform
The Homestimizer service at homestimizer.com is operated by Online Acquisitions LLC. In this notice, “we” means that company.
What we receive
When you sign up on this website, we save:
- Your name, business name, mobile number, and the city or ZIP code where you work.
- Whether you signed up as a roofer or a general contractor, and when you signed up.
The signup form does not set a cookie. When you contact us directly, we may also receive any details you choose to give us. We keep limited records needed for support, account setup, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting, such as server logs.
How we use it
- To call or text you to set up a demo.
- To discuss coverage, pricing, setup, and possible mailings.
- To provide support and maintain contractor accounts.
- To investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect the service.
We do not publish contractor contact information or route it into a shared contractor lead marketplace.
Where information goes
Signups are saved in the platform’s own records, which only the platform team can open.
When you sign up, we text your name, business, phone number, and area to our team so we can call you. Our texting provider carries that message and keeps a record of it.
Information may be handled by service providers that host, secure, or operate the platform, and may be disclosed when required by law. We do not put contractor contact information in a public directory.
Calls and texts
When you sign up or give us a phone number, you ask us to call or text that number about the platform. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Tell us if you do not want further contact.
Retention and your choices
Signups have no automatic deletion schedule. You may ask us to correct or delete information you provided. We may retain limited records where reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, server logs, or backups.
