1. Who We Are
The pages are operated by Stephens Roofing and General Contracting. References to "Stephens Roofing and General Contracting", "we", "us", and "our" mean Stephens Roofing and General Contracting.
2. Information We Collect
When you use these pages, we may collect:
- Your mobile phone number, and your name if you give it.
- The address of the home the postcard or link is about.
- Your email address, if you choose to leave one.
- The projects you pick, like roofing, stucco, kitchens, or baths, and your choices for each one, like finish level, style, and size.
- Walkthrough and visit requests, including the day and time you prefer.
- Messages you send us, forms you submit, and your text preferences.
- Which pages you open from a postcard or link, including which project page (roof, outside, or inside), and simple activity like scrolling or tapping a button.
We may also collect information from public records, imagery providers, property data providers, and basic website logs, including property characteristics, photos of the outside of the home, roof measurements, device/browser information, pages viewed, timestamps, and referring links.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Show planning estimates for the projects you pick. They are not quotes.
- Send the text with the link you asked for, and texts about a visit you request.
- Let Stephens Roofing and General Contracting call you about your projects and a walkthrough, or email you if you left an email. Texts only go out as section 4 says.
- Save your project choices so they are still there when you come back.
- Check photos of the outside of the home and its roof to size and price projects.
- Respond to calls, texts, form submissions, and service questions.
- Prepare, improve, and review roof estimates, campaign pages, postcards, and homeowner follow-up.
- Build private, contractor-requested canvassing itineraries from eligible property addresses.
- Operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve our website, systems, and homeowner communications.
- Comply with legal, carrier, and service-provider requirements.
4. Text Messaging Privacy
When you enter your mobile number and tap the button, you agree that Stephens Roofing and General Contracting may text you the link you asked for, like a roof report, a project plan, or an estimate. That is one text per request. If you request a visit, you also agree to texts about that visit, like a confirmation. If you text us first, we may text you back about your question.
Marketing texts need a separate, optional opt-in. You never have to agree to marketing texts to buy anything.

- Reply STOP to opt out. We then stop texting that number. To turn texts back on, text START to the same number.
We may check your number with Telnyx, our text-message provider, to make sure it can get texts. When you send your number or request a visit, we text Stephens Roofing and General Contracting's team an alert. It can include your phone number, your email if you gave one, the home address, basic home facts, a planning estimate, the projects you picked, and any visit time you asked for.
We do not sell, rent, trade, share, or transfer text messaging opt-in data or consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you reply to one of our text messages, we record the phone number that sent the reply, any name saved on the matching lead, and related lead or campaign context. The local reply record may include the message text, the text provider's message ID, and, when present, media details and media we can safely store. We may also make a short, one-line snippet for the contractor alert.
When the contractor reply-alert flow is enabled, the alert can include your phone number, saved name, a short snippet of your reply, and a private Leads link to the related thread. We send it through Telnyx, our text-message provider, to authorized contractor notification recipients. Accepted media may be available in that private Leads thread; media is not included in the short alert text. The private link is intended for those authorized recipients.
5. How We Share Information
Stephens Roofing and General Contracting sees your request: your phone number, your email if you gave one, the home address, the projects you picked and your choices for them, and any visit time you asked for. If Stephens Roofing and General Contracting connects a customer-management tool, your request is copied there so their team can follow up.
Stephens Roofing and General Contracting may bring in a trade partner (another contractor) for part of the work. That partner can see the home address, basic home facts like size and year built, photos of the outside of the home, the scope of their part of the project (like the finish level and size), and the planned visit time. Trade partners do not get your phone number or email from us.
To get photos of the home, image services like Google get the home address. To check those photos, AI analysis services get the photos, basic home facts like the year built, and sometimes the home address. Neither gets your name, phone number, or email.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the website, send requested communications, host data, analyze site performance, manage homeowner requests, and provide roofing and home-improvement services. These providers may use information only to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, to prevent fraud or misuse, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
For contractor canvassing routes, Google Maps Platform receives street addresses needed for geocoding and routing. We do not send resident names, phone numbers, scan timestamps, or skip-trace data with those route requests. Google handles that data under the Google Privacy Policy. Telnyx receives the mobile number entered by the authenticated contractor and the short private itinerary link only when the contractor explicitly chooses to text a completed route.
6. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, follow up on requests, maintain business records, comply with law and carrier requirements, resolve disputes, and protect our systems.
Private canvassing links expire after seven days. Google-derived route content is purged at expiration, and strict address-validation cache entries are retained for no more than seven days. Audit records may retain route and message status without retaining a public token, message body, or full contractor phone number.
Local lead, message, and accepted-media records, provider message identifiers and delivery records, and application or compliance audit records may remain for as long as reasonably needed for service, duplicate-delivery protection, legal or carrier requirements, security, business records, and dispute handling. We do not promise a fixed deletion time for provider or compliance records. A request to delete contact information may not remove records that must be retained or an alert already delivered.
7. Your Choices
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete contact information by calling or texting 602-363-6051. We may retain records when needed for legal, compliance, security, or business reasons.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
9. Children
Our pages are intended for homeowners and adults looking for roofing and home-project information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
