2. Estimates and Project Plans
The roof guide, estimate, and project plan pages are informational. Ballpark prices, planning ranges for outside and inside projects, roof measurements, roof material notes, size and finish choices, financing examples, and condition comments may be based on available imagery, public records, third-party data, automated measurements, and pricing assumptions.
They are not a final quote, inspection report, warranty, engineering opinion, insurance adjustment, or promise that work is required or not required. A walkthrough or visit request is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until Stephens Roofing and General Contracting confirms it. Final scope, price, materials, timing, financing terms, and warranty details must be confirmed in writing after an on-site review by Stephens Roofing and General Contracting.
3. Text Messages
When you enter your mobile number and tap the button, you agree that Stephens Roofing and General Contracting may text you the link you asked for, like a roof report, a project plan, or an estimate. That is one text per request. If you request a visit, you also agree to texts about that visit, like a confirmation. If you text us first, we may text you back about your question. Marketing texts need a separate, optional opt-in, and you never have to agree to them to buy anything.

4. Your Information
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to submit only phone numbers that belong to you or that you are authorized to use. We may use the information you submit, including the projects you pick and your choices for them, to deliver what you asked for, respond to your request, record campaign activity, and follow up about roofing and other home projects.
Stephens Roofing and General Contracting may bring in a trade partner (another contractor) for part of the work. That partner can see the home address, basic home facts, photos of the outside of the home, and the scope of their part of the project. Trade partners do not get your phone number or email from us. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and shared.
5. Contractor Canvassing Routes
Authenticated contractor users may build private canvassing itineraries from eligible property addresses. Google Maps Platform may validate those addresses, optimize stop order, and estimate distance and drive time. The resulting order is Google-optimized, not a guarantee of the mathematically shortest route, and traffic conditions may differ.
Use of route features is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Private itinerary links expire after seven days. Any mobile number entered for route delivery must belong to an authorized member of the contractor's field team, and the link must not be shared outside that team.
6. Site Availability and Accuracy
We try to keep these pages accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that every image, record, measurement, estimate, link, or feature will be complete, current, or error-free. Data sources can be outdated or incomplete, and roofs can change after imagery or records are captured.
7. No Misuse
You may not use these pages to interfere with the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy or resell the estimate system, or use the pages in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stephens Roofing and General Contracting is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of these pages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version took effect. Continued use of the pages after changes means you accept the updated terms.
